TC Spaces Limited Warranty

 

TC Spaces, warrants to the original purchaser that its products are free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of five (5) years from the original date of shipment, provided the product is used in the manner and under the conditions for which
it is designed. This warranty applies to single shift (standard 40 hour per week) use.

 

This warranty does not cover product failure or loss due to normal wear and tear; COM (Customer’s Own Material) or COL (Customer’s Own Leather); product that has not been maintained in accordance with instructions or accidentally damaged; failure to
apply, install, or clean according to TC Spaces guidelines; defects attributable to handling, installation, modification, cleaning, or repair made by any party other than TC Spaces; use of harsh, abrasive or acidic cleaning agents and chemicals or agents that may alter or degrade the appearance, materiality and structural integrity of the product; products exposed to direct sunlight, improper storage or extreme environmental conditions; products exposed to outdoor use; products used for rental purposes; damage caused by carriers or concealed damage; damage caused by dealers and their subcontractors or agents; variations in surface and solid materials including color, grain, marbling, texture and veining variations in leather such as scars, wrinkles, and other mark;, variations in wood such as color, staining, grain, scars and other marks; products sold by unauthorized dealers or installers; acts of nature, civil disobedience or social unrest.

 

This warranty shall apply only if (a) Purchaser notifies Seller in writing of the claimed defect within 30 days of discovery; (b) Purchaser discovers claim defect within the Warranty Period; (c) Purchaser allows Seller to inspect the Goods claimed to be defective; and (d) Seller or its representative confirms the defect in writing to Purchaser.

 

TC Spaces guarantees upholstered products only to be free from defects and that the upholstery is tailored according to each product specification.

 

TC Spaces offers no warranty, either implied or expressed, on any fabrics or leathers. Refer to each resellers fabric and leather warranty before specifying. Due to the unique nature and specification of each fabric and leather, TC Spaces shall not be held responsible in any manner for wrong specification of each fabric and leather, and TC Spaces does not guarantee specified fabric or leather for tailoring, wear, durability, or light fastness.

 

Non-Standard products are not covered under this warranty.

 

Warranty Provides Exclusive Remedies
 

Under this warranty, if a product fails during normal use during the warranty period as a result of a defect in materials or workmanship, TC Spaces will, at its sole discretion, either repair or replace the product free of charge, which includes delivery and labor costs or refund the purchase price paid for the defective product upon return to TC Spaces.
 
This warranty applies to products purchased on or after June 10, 2019. For products purchased prior to June 10, 2019, please refer to the warranty terms and conditions in effect at that time

 

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS THE SOLE REMEDY FOR PRODUCT DEFECT AND NO OTHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY IS PROVIDED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. TC SPACES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES.

 

TC SPACES MAKES NO OTHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY WARRANTY, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANT ABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND ALL SUCH WARRANTIES ARE HEREBY EXPRESSLY EXCLUDED

 

This warranty is non-transferable and valid to the original purchaser only. Warranty is enforceable only if products were acquired and installed by TC Spaces or one of its Authorized Resellers
